Anchor Babies – Let’s invite them all home

What is an ‘Anchor Baby’? 

Well, I like to refer to them as illegal aliens. Others, including some politicians and lawyers, prefer the term Citizens.  Read the following and tell me what you think. 

The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads in part:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the State wherein they reside.”

Babies born to illegal alien mothers within U.S. borders are called anchor babies because under the 1965 immigration Act, they act as an anchor that pulls the illegal alien mother and eventually a host of other relatives into permanent U.S. residency. (Jackpot babies is another term).

Let’s invite all the Anchor babies, and their families, that gained access illegally (contrary to the U.S. Constitution) to head home, where ever they are from.

The 14^th Amendment was ratified in 1868 to protect the rights of native-born Black Americans, whose rights were being denied as recently-freed slaves. In 1866, Senator Jacob Howard clearly spelled out the intent of the 14^th Amendment by writing:

“Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.”

The original intent of the 14^th Amendment was clearly not to facilitate illegal aliens defying U.S. law at taxpayer expense. Current estimates indicate there may be over 300,000 anchor babies born each year in the U.S., thus causing illegal alien mothers to add more to the U.S. population each year than immigration from all sources in an average year before 1965.

The correct interpretation of the 14^th Amendment is that an illegal alien mother is subject to the jurisdiction of her native country, as is her baby.

Based on best efforts to check data the following is provided:

 

1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County ( L. A.  County has 10.2 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes.  This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without  a green card.

2. 95% of murder warrants in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.

3. 75% of people on the LA most wanted list are illegal aliens.

4. In excess of  2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien  Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were paid for by taxpayers. Please see my blog on Anchor Babies.

5.  Nearly 35% of all inmates in California & pre-detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.

6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.

7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are likely illegal aliens from south of the border.

8. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.

9. In L. A. County, of the 10.2 million people, 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish.  

Our welfare system supports 29% of the illegal aliens.

Over 70% of the United States ‘ annual population growth (and over 90% of  California , Florida , and New York ) results from immigration.

 

Write your representatives and don’t vote for the liberal socialist’s.

These are the results of the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois.

When is the last time you heard someone refer to themselves as Mexican-American, or Italian-American, or African-American?

I would like to suggest that we drop the past history and consider ourselves Americans.  All of us.  All races, all nationalities, all forget the label of our past.  I am not proposing that you your past, and never forget your history.  If we are all to unite we need to change.

If you refer to yourself as a Cuban-American you are telling everyone to relate to you as a Cuban first, and second as an American.  You are also telling us that your allegiance and loyalty is to some country other than that USA.  Maybe it is just a perception, but it is what message you are sending.

So, what do we do to further along our desire for racial equality and unity in America?  How if we tell all of our politicians not to use these terms? What would happen if we all decided that these terms are as offensive to us as the “N” word?

Do we have the courage to become Americans?

Obama’s “change” = No details, No plan = No thought

Well, the DNC has come and gone. No change. We know exactly what Obama is all about.

Change

In Obamas’ words “So let me spell out exactly what…’change’ would mean if I am president.”  Once again he leads on a heartwarming tale of visuals, myths, premonitions, and guesses.  No plan, no detail…I was  taught that equals ‘no thought’.  Oh, but he did remind us that he wants more taxes, “Change means a tax code that doesn’t reward the lobbyists who wrote it, but the American workers and small businesses who deserve it.” And he reminded us that the Democratic Party is now (maybe) ready to take action on a problem they ignored over 8 years ago, ”for the sake of our economy, our security, and the future of our planet, I will set a clear goal as president: in ten years, we will finally end our dependence on oil from the Middle East.” Sorry Obama, how did you say you were going to do this?  Oh yea, no details, no plan… p.s. thank you for the increase in taxes.

Morality and Values

We learn our morality and values at a young age.  We adjust them, we may even wander as we grow in different directions. This wander is done by the time we reach our middle ages. We gather with those that have similar morality and values. Yes, I am bringing up Mr. Ignorant of 2008 (2007 was Shawn Penn), the embarrassing Mr. Wright, you may have also heard him called Reverend Wright.  Anti-American at it’s best, and there was Obama, sharing the poison.  Full mental, physical, and monitary support.  If you are in it, and you are practicing it, you are it.  I grew up near the one of Jim Jones’ compounds.  I know folks  and children that died down there. Remarkable how similar these lifestyles are.

Our Country

Obama tells us he will “cut taxes for 95% of all working families”.  Really, then who is going pay for all the services?  The “rich”.  Who does he think he is kidding.  This isn’t Robin Hood and a fairy tale, Economics does not work that way. Or even better, “I will also go through the federal budget, line by line, eliminating programs that no longer work and making the ones we do need work better and cost less–because we cannot meet twenty-first century challenges with a twentieth century bureaucracy.” That is exactly what we “need”, Mr. Poison telling us what programs the Country “needs”.  Maybe you could narrow that list down a bit.   Here is a list, since you have no details, no plan.

- Eliminate welfare, food stamps, tax exemption status for anyone, especially religious and charitable organizations, all government documents and computer programs supported in any language other than English, federal grants and loans, federal funding of prisons (privatize them), SBA loans, immigration education, immigrant support programs.  Need any more Obama, just let me know.

Patriotism

Sorry Obama, you lost the illusion of being a patriot when you took off the flag pin.  No excuses, no oops reasons, no B.S. You blew it. Your loyalty to the United States of America is not the same as mine. You are not the leader this country needs.  Do the United States a favor, bow out. 

Are You Kidding Me? #1 – “Survey Says”

Are You Kidding Me is a series of mistakes that are made that should not be overlooked.

Isn’t it amazing that we can have a survey or a study that can justify just about anything.

Ever thought about who responds to surveys.  Let’s see.  I have a job. I work. I hang up on people that call me and bother me at dinner time.  Hmmmm. Not people like me.  Now if I was on welfare, decided I didn’t want to work this month,  and was laying on my fat end during the day when the pollsters call, I guess my opinion would count.

What about all those studys that support what ever?  Most are from “a” college professor.  Now can you think of any reason a college professor would want to prove something?  A college is a business.  Studies are sponsored with money, more studies and publications means more name recognition, more name recognition means more people support the college…oh yea, that was the business in the first place right?

Read any men’s magazine and see how many time they say “says, Blah Blahhh, Ph.D., a sometown clinical director”, or “according to a new study from the University of {some other country}”.

Moral of the story.  All the studies and all the surveys mean so little, yet we put so much trust in those that publish them, and take action because of them.

Breaking News. According to Tom @ “Patriotism is never part time” Americans need to show their love of country by speaking English, not exporting information, and supporting our military service members.

Does Nationality influence driving habits?

American’s were raised looking out the car window at the wonders of the world.  We experienced our town, the people, and all of the beauty that makes us proud of our Country. We watched our Mother’s and Father’s, older Sisters and Brothers, and even parents of friends navigate their way through this world.  We learned how to be courteous of others. We learned “fear” of the Highway Patrol. And we learned that those that were a hazard were avoided.

We also compared driving styles.  We say that Grandma drove a lot slower than your older Brother.  We felt our neck snap as our Sister waited until the last minute to jab her foot at the brake pedal. All and all, we figured out who we wanted to drive like and who should be taken off the road, even if they were related.

 

Somewhere in time we introduced the seat back babysitter, more commonly referred to as the seat-back video.  Sure they keep the kids quite; sure they keep Mommy’s level of stress down.  What is the cost? Is the driver actually safer with less stress from the occupied child? What is the loss of future driving skills?  I am interested in your thoughts.

 

When an immigrant comes from a country where driving is not commonplace, what ingrained driving skills do they have? In Italy a driver’s license is about as easily attainable as getting head of the line privileges at the Post Office. Here in the USA we hand them out with basic skills demonstrated one time.  If someone has never seen driver courtesy, how do they use it? What about their car tires? If they have seen cars driven on smooth tires when do they learn that they are increasing everyone’s risk on the road?

 

Is nationality something that should be considered at the DMV, or will this be called racial profiling and dismissed as another attack by assigning labels?

 

In future post’s I’ll share my thoughts on these questions.  I won’t provide my thoughts on a solution until you share your thoughts.

Under Age Marriage and Sex, Who is Too Young! AKA The Age of Consent.

The media constantly sensationalizes so called “news” that is of no interest or value to anyone, except maybe the parties the story is about. Time for responsibility in broadcast, printed, and web news.  Not how “balanced” or “fair” or “direct to you” it is, but is it “responsible as an American” to report the story.

One of the media’s great “breaking news” stories continues to be the ravages of those predatory males and the lives they change when it involves underage girls.

I’ll be the first to agree that the “father figure” predatory male that prays on underage girls is a perfect substitute for the nose cone on a test missile firing.  I won’t talk about the horrors of these people. They exist, they have always existed, and there is no ethnic or geographic boundaries for identifying these individuals.  Just another topic that does not serve a “value added to be reported.

Enough background and on to the topic at hand;

Today’s topic revolves around the misconception that young people in love are doomed for failure, are breaking a cardinal law, and should be locked up until they are “fixed”. Maybe we create irresponsible behavior since we never allow lessons to be learned any more.

Recently I met a Grandfather that was visiting his Son-in-law’s business.  When we talked about his youth he very happily told me about his lovely wife, what a great person she was, how much he loved and missed her, and how they met.  He said, with a great smile, that he was 19, in the Marines, and he fell in love with her the first time their eyes met.  She was 14.  They married (when she was 15), had several children, and a long, loving life, sharing happiness, and family together.  

I thought this was interesting since I knew of several other grandparent age folks that married very young, and met even younger.  How about our Presidents? I ran a search on the web for ages of US Presidents, and then read the bio’s of thier First Lady’s.  Not suprisingly some were suspiciously close to the “age of consent”.  I wonder how young they were when they met?

 Is a 19 year old man that has sex with a 16 year old girl really deserving of a prison term.  How about a 25 year old man and a 22 year old woman? The age difference is the same.  Don’t pull the maturity card, the 16 year old girl is probably more mature than most of the 25 year old men.  What is it that makes us think we know enough to interfere with our young adults hearts and force them to pass up lifetimes of love that may be missed and never again recaptured?  Come on America, let young hearts free.

To close I ask you to ask a simple question. What age were your Grandparents were when they met, and when they were married.  Would your Grandfather be locked up? Why is it OK for our Grandparents to have violated the law for 60-85 years and it’s a felony in today’s society?  Is the human body any different now than 60 years ago? Don’t we teach our children more, and at an earlier age?

Baby Alex; Jump ahead and visit him as a teen in America.

Alex has now learned new languages.  First he learned Spanish.  He needed to communicate with all his new neighbors that got the one time free-pass and are now US Citizens. 

Then Alex was delighted to learn Chinese.  This was actually a requirement, not by the American government, but the brand new Chinese leadership that militarily took control of America and mandated it.  Alex can now communicate with the local jailer to visit his three younger siblings that refused to take their assigned Chinese government job.

Alex of course now has diabetes and is still overweight, although the food rationing program by the Chinese Emperor is helping.  All those years of free food programs (food stamps, tax equality, government provided picnic meals, etc) along with his lack of any physical requirements left Alex obese.  He was only 6 years away from help from the government funded obesity clinic when the Chinese took over.  That wonderful free medical care program was working well.  You just had to be patient.

Thank God Baby Alex’s Mother followed the advice of the Democratic candidate. She stood by her TV commercial and refused to let her son show his love of America. She barred him from volunteering in the US military, she told him to only go to college when the government paid for it, and best of all she taught him to run and hid when the country needed defending.  So many died, but thankfully not Teen Alex.  He just needed to learn Chinese and enjoy his new beloved socialist country, the Former U.S.A.
